The Dodge City A's Youth Baseball Association (DCAYBA) was founded in 2019 with a simple but powerful mission: to give the youth of Dodge City and surrounding areas the opportunity to learn, play, and fall in love with the game of baseball. From the very beginning, the A's have prioritized quality instruction, character development, and the kind of lifelong friendships that can only be built on a baseball diamond.
What started as five teams and a dream has grown into something truly special. Today, DCAYBA fields more than ten teams with over 150 players representing Dodge City baseball.
DCAYBA is deeply committed to the community that supports us. Through ongoing collaboration with the City of Dodge City, we have worked to ensure that our players have access to safe, well-maintained, and high-quality facilities that reflect the standard of baseball we hold ourselves to. We believe that every player deserves a great environment to develop their skills and grow their love of the game.
Our continued growth would not be possible without the incredible network of people who show up for this organization every single day.
To our players: thank you for your hustle, your heart, and your dedication to the game.
To our parents: thank you for the early mornings, the long drives, and the unwavering support from the stands.
To our coaches: thank you for your time, your knowledge, and your genuine investment in these young athletes.
To our sponsors: thank you for believing in what we are building here in Dodge City.
The future of baseball in southwest Kansas is bright, and we are honored to be leading the way!
