The Dodge City A's Youth Baseball Association (DCAYBA) was founded in 2019 with a simple but powerful mission: to give the youth of Dodge City and surrounding areas the opportunity to learn, play, and fall in love with the game of baseball. At the forefront of this mission, the A's have prioritized instruction, character development, and the kind of lifelong friendships that can only be built on a baseball field.

A united organization provides stability, continuity, and consistency for our players. When we operate as one organization, we can set common standards, maintain quality coaching and player development, and provide opportunities for all of our teams that might not be possible if individual teams were formed and operated independently. This consistency helps develop our youth player skill sets and love for the game.

A stronger Dodge City A’s organization better serves our entire community by creating a positive, connected baseball environment for all of our players.
